In addition to this there are other tools on your application which you can personalise and adapt to fit your own specific goals. You can also access the Joggle health and wellbeing library, which provides information and resources in all areas of health and wellness, including, healthy recipes, exercise videos, activity programmes, nutritional information, smoking and alcohol support and much more.
